CANCELLATIONS POLICY
Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required upon booking via our online booking system. This ensures we are able to offer as many treatments in a day to our clients. If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule the following will apply:
More than 24 hours notice: Full refund
Less than 24 hours: The 50% booking deposit is forfeited.
No-Shows
No refunds will be given for appointments that do not arrive. The remaining 50% of your booking will be charged.
Children Policy
At Beauty Muse we are always striving for the best and most relaxing beauty treatment experience for our clients, therefore we ask you to leave your children with a sitter for any appointments longer than 35 minutes.
Our salon is limited in space meaning noise, and child-friendly activities really cant take place in the room without disrupting your treatment.
